Create Your First Event
Schedule your first HOA meeting, community event, or update to start engaging residents. Set event reminder notifications in the Settings menu.
Add Residents & Units
Import a spreadsheet with your units and users, or use our smart setup system. Our advanced management allows one user to have multiple units, and multiple users to share one unit.
Upload HOA Documents
Upload CC&Rs, bylaws, meeting minutes, and more to enable AI-powered resident assistance. This is the foundation of HeyNeighbor.AI!
Test Your Community
Invite a few board members or managers to test your community. Create test events, upload files, and ask the AI chatbot questions to see how everything works.
Launch Your Community
Once setup is complete and you're satisfied with testing, send the introduction email to your residents and start using the platform!
