Messages, group messages, management inbox threads, notices, AI chats, support chats, attachments, documents, meeting minutes, photos, payment history, and other content you share within your community, along with related metadata such as participants, timestamps, read status, delivery status, and audit logs.
Technical Information
Device information, IP address, browser type, usage patterns, and app performance data.
Mobile App Data
Device Permissions
Our mobile app may request access to your camera (for document scanning), storage (for file uploads), and notifications (for community updates). All permissions are optional and can be managed in your device settings.
Analytics & Crash Reports

AI Features

HeyNeighbor may review AI chats and related records for support, quality, safety, legal compliance, troubleshooting, and abuse prevention. This processing is not used to train AI models by default.
