What is the Management Inbox?

The Management Inbox is a dedicated communication channel that gives residents a direct line to their community's management team. Whether you have a question, concern, or just need some help, you can now send one message that goes straight to all your admins, managers, or board members — all in one place.

How It Works

For Residents

Starting a conversation with management is simple:

1. Open the Messaging Hub from your navigation
2. Click the "Message Management" button
3. Enter a subject line describing your inquiry
4. Send your message!

Your message lands in a shared inbox where any member of your management team can see and respond to it. No more wondering who to contact or waiting to figure out the right person — your message gets to the people who can help.

For Management Teams

The Management Inbox operates as a shared team inbox, meaning all admins, managers, and board members can:

• View all resident inquiries in one centralized location
• Respond on behalf of the management team
• See when a conversation has already been addressed by a colleague

When any team member reads a message, it's marked as read for the entire team.

Key Features

Subject Lines — Each conversation includes a subject line, making it easy to scan and prioritize inquiries at a glance.

Unread Notifications — Management users see a visual indicator when new messages arrive, so urgent matters get prompt attention.

Separate from Direct Messages — The Management Inbox is completely separate from regular DMs. Managers can still have private one-on-one conversations with residents when needed — those stay in your regular messages.

Conversation History — All messages are preserved, creating a helpful record for both residents and management to reference later.
